I feel as though I have been skulking around here for quite long enough!

I'm Kate and I am from (and currently living in) the U.K. I am completely amazed by this site and how willing everyone is to share their stuff - breaking free from the old school photography chains! I'm also feeling slightly intimidated by the level of fabulousness kicking around - there is some nice work here!

Errrr......I photographed my first wedding in Vancouver in 2003 and I have my first UK wedding in a month. Strangely both couples are called Jay and Sarah......that's about as interesting as I get at this hour (1:29am GMT) or maybe ever - I'm not sure!!!

I'm feeling frighteningly addicted already.......

I don't know where Cornwall is but I really love Cornish Pasties! My friend Dean, also from Cornwall, opened up a pasty restaurant in Tempe AZ. I'm so addicted

I'm glad you mentioned that he is from Cornwall, living in Vancouver I experienced some truly aweful creations that were being sold under the name of "pasty"! Real ones are good though, especially when made by real Cornish people (I am not one of those and have never made a pasty in my life but that is beside the point)!

I spent a day there when I was first living in London. I can't remember the name of the pub that we ended up in....but that is probably because we ended up in a pub!

hehe, I remember there was a harbor...and that pub...
We flew into London, got immediately on a tour bus and drove straight there so we were pretty exhausted. We only stayed for 12 hours or so then drove on, it was a whirlwind tour. Plus, this was 10 years ago...
Beautiful area, we would love to go back.
