What do you think of your skillz in Lightroom? I want to make new tutorials - where should I start? What level user needs LR right now the most?

Mark, set, go.

Matt, I just glanced at your tutorials.... Stop using such advanced technical terminology. For example: "stuff" You're losing us! smile.gif

I'm at the playing with it stage. But I'd like to kick its butt.

I would love to have someone teach me how to use it hands on, like someone to sit next to me and say do this and do that. . . I learn much faster that way and I won't forget it then.

Anyone in Los Angeles, CA willing to teach for a killing dinner ?????

Help me please want a faster workflow desperately!!!

I'm at the:

"OMG this has completely revolutionised my workflow - I'm so glad I had Beta of this since public was first available" stage... I call it "Bridge on Speed & HGH" however for the workflow, from the photo edit, most of my processing and tweaking, to final output for the majority of my images - Lightroom fits the bill...

I might sound like a marketing campaign, but thanks to Lightroom's speed on my MBP - I edited and processed an entire wedding in record time. Bridge for CS2 is just too slow through Rosetta, and CS3 beta is unfortunately too buggy and crashing out on me too often...

My only gripe.. Not being able to make the window heaps skinny so I can make use of my InDesign drag and drop workflow on my MBP. My 30" is fine however it just doesn't want to get any smaller!!!

Anyway - bring it on... Love it...

I am all for new tutorials Matt! I have been working with it for a month and I love it to pieces! I still do a little tweaking on CS2 but when it comes to major post processing. I have begun to run everything though Lighroom first before ever touching photoshop. Best money I ever spent on software!

I would love to expand my knowledge though. I am ready for instruction my master! ph34r.gif
