Full Version: How to stitch songs for a long ShowIt slideshow
OpenSourcePhoto > GetIt > Showit Web
Rodolfo Arpía
In order to help new slideshow DVD sales I'm creating longer shows (100+ images) with ShowIt and I'd love to know how to stitch songs so the same one doesn't loop and loop and loop... anyone knows what the easiest way would be?

Thanks!

Here are the first two longer slideshows:

I've done music stitching for a couple of school/work related projects (legally!). I typically use Garageband to do all of the work, and then just export it back out to iTunes.

Of course, this is on a Mac. I don't know what PC users have.

Hi Beth,

I'm a Mac user and have Garage Band... so in the end you can get and mp3 file right?

Thanks

Nice! That's a great way to go and you can also use Audacity. which is a free program....even if Garage Band or Audacity exported to Wav you can always compress to Mp3 with iTunes and that's a good way to go because then you can play with the quality settings.

Rock on!
