Didn't this happen a few months ago with Winners (a Canadian subsidiary of TJ Maxx)? I know my visa cards were re-issued because of the security breech here in Canada. I wonder if it is the same problem, or if they were hit twice.

. It was part of the same security issue that took place over about an 18 month period. A good reminder to watch your credit cards & credit history.
