I just purchased your ShowIt Effects and I'm really excited to get to know all about it. I also purchased your Brilliant Presets and have already used them on a my Camera Raw files!

My questions is this. I am trying to streamline converting my raw files to jpeg files. I purchased the ShowIt Effects becuase I thought that this was the way to do it. However, when I choose the photos to apply the effect to, I still have to click the "Next" button for every picture. Is there a way to make this automated so I can apply this effect on all of the photos and have them saved to a new file as jpegs without having to manually click on every photo?

I guess I'm asking how to batch an entire folder of Raw files without having to stay around and watch.

I tried creating an action which opened the raw file and applied my settings and then changed it to 8 bit and save it to a certain file, but it wouldn't automatically open the raw files. I can run a batch on my Jpeg files and walk away from the computer. How do I do this with my RAW files?

Thanks for any help you can give me!

You can always use Bridge to batch your files to JPG.

Just select all the images in Bridge, right click the lot of them and select "Open in Camera Raw" or do Ctrl-R, then in that view, select all the images, and click save. You can probably figure it out from there smile.gif

Then the computer just chomps through each image one by one.

Hope that helps!

I am wondering the same thing. I watched the video where DJ talks about making the effect on the jpg's then applying the same effects to the raw folder. My question on that is... Would you either have to shoot in Raw + jpg mode or create a set of jpg's? And if you shot Raw + jpg could all those files stay in the same folder?
