I sincerely apologize in advance if this has been asked already but I did a search and couldn't find any info.

I'm going to order Showit Web today! WOOOHOOO! My question is, I've noticed some photographers are using well-known pieces of music on their slideshows & uploading those to their websites, are you actually allowed to do this without getting sued by some big record company?! This isn't me pointing a finger at anyone, I'd just like to know for my own peace of mind coz there are certain songs I'd love to use but am worried about doing so... thanks smile.gif

I suppose you can if you have a licence or you can ask record companies if you can use one of their songs. for licences here in the UK I usually go to http://www.ppluk.com/ for DVD' but I know they deal with internet issue as well. I hope this helps.
