After thoughtful consideration and acknowledging the poor quality of images I've been getting with my current cameras I decided to finally switch to Canon.

The time has come and I'm really excited about the future.

Oops, I forgot to mention.... I'm switching all my POINT-AND-SHOOT cameras to Canon, I've been collecting a bunch of Sony DSCs, Mavicas, etc in the last 10 years and don't like them any more. I'm now the proud owner of a PowerShot G7! Just in time for WPPI!

You had me there for a moment Rudy. I was like "NOOOOOOO, not another one!!, and definitely not you...please!. That is awesome.

I've always been a big fan of the canon point and shoots, the A520 and A95 are two great cheap point and shoots. They're a bit short on zoom but the picture quality is really nice.
The G7 is a great cam pretty good zoom, great picture quality. Good choice!
