Ok, so I know we all have those days that are like "ah....everything went SOOO right on that shoot." Yesterday was one of those days. I was shooting some engagement pics for this absolutely BEAUTIFUL couple, Sylvia and Josh. We shot close to 500 images. (a bit high for my typical engagement shoots). The lighting was also my personal favorites, where it was a bit overcast, but the sun still broke through to give some direct light, but not with harsh shadows. I didn't use a flash for anything.

This was one of those days I came home and was so happy to be a photographer and to be able to provide people with cool images.... I can't wait to see what they think.








But, of course....every great story has to have a downer to it. I'm not doing this couple's wedding. They called me a week or two ago and I was already booked, but I sorta know them from church so I offered to do the engagement shoot anyways. I'm SOOOO bummed. Oh well.
