I have contacted support-first time it took 2-3 days for a response and they sent the same reg code I had-still will not work (note-had the same problem with the initial purchase of show it 2.0 but it was taken care of quickly by DJ) response arrived while I was on vacation-so when I settled back in -I tried and yup-no go

so I emailed 2 days ago and still no response. I can say I am surprised at the slow CS-I have bought from and used DJ's products since the get go and never had such slow CS. I have slideshows that clients are awaiting and I cannot make them.

Sorry about the trouble... Todd's been cranking on the DVD stuff and I've been getting ready for WPPI so we dropped the ball on getting back to you this week but the registration keys for 2.0 should work for Showit Web PRO and I hope the new version we have works for ya.

Typically the error with registration codes comes from an improper input like an added space when copied and pasted or a missing number or something so if it's continuing to give you problems be sure to let me know and we'll get it sorted out.
