Hey guys.

Okay, so this poor guy has been through the ringer.

I was supposed to meet with them last week to set their contract and do an engagement session, but the weather was bad, so we rescheduled for this week. Anyway, to make a long story short, my 10/6 bride had her reception place contact her this last weekend and let her know that they were cancelling, so she is moving her wedding to the 7th. Meaning, I am no longer available to shoot this other one. Because there was no deposit or contract, I felt obligated to go with my client that had already booked.

Anyway, here's the details. the wedding is at the Baltimore zoo on 10/7/07 (Sunday). I quoted him $1800 for 5 hours/ DVD of negs and a proof book (of about 300-400 images). He was looking to add an album later potentially.

If you are interested, please leave info here (no PMs please). I want to be able to give him a good list (since I feel like such a jerk for having to leave him hanging). Please keep his budget of around $2000 in mind.

I am available, and grew up in Baltimore. ALL my family is there, so I try to get back as much as possible, and would LOVE to be able to come back to shoot a wedding in Oct, my favorite month of the year. Thats also a few days before my b-day, which would be great to with my family for.

I could definately offer what you had of coverage (however long they want within reason if I'm gonna come all the way home), DVD, and proof book for $2000, which would include my travel from CA. My parents always pay half my flights home anyway, and have a car for me there, so my travel is actually really inexpensive.

And I totally offer albums if he's interested in going that route later.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I would LOVE to do it. My schedule has a lot of openings in the fall because we just found out where we will be moving. We are going to Virginia in July, so I will be very close and eager to shoot in new places!
