I just got Show It web, and have been making my first couple slideshows. On my first 3, I keep running into a really annoying feature, and I'm wondering if I got a bug in my Show It, or if there's a preferance I can change.
All 3 slideshows I've done so far, I get the images that I want to use in Lightroom ready and in the proper order, and then I export them as jpgs #'d in order.
When I upload that file to Show It web, all the images show up not in order any more, but all over the place. So then I've ended up spending alot of time in Show It reorganizng them, when I've already done it once. Has anyone else had this experience, or does anyone have any insight to share.
Thanks so much,
Shawn

Did you export with more than one digit in the numbers?
Img_001.jpg
Img_002.jpg
or
Img_1.jpg
Img_10.jpg
the latter doesn't work well for sequencing.

Thanks so much Troy. I totally think that was my problem, I did have them as
SRP_1
SRP_2
etc...
Good to know for the next ones.
Thanks,
Shawn

i start the sequence at 10. Just be glas 2.5 allows you to move multiple files at once, that was a really big pain before.

Is there a special way to do this? I tried selecting a couple, and it only moved the actual one I grabbed. I was wondering about this. I wonder what I could be doing wrong to not let me move a couple at once?
Thanks,
Shawn

Also, with version 1.0 of Lightroom, you can not name something jpeg-001, it won't let you have leading zeros. I get around this by doing jpeg-1001

I just experienced this as well. I uploaded images numbered 10.jpeg - 200.jpeg. This did not work well at all. Did I do something wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks so much!

Yea....Sorry for the trouble...Showit Web will bring in your images sorted in alphabetical order. If you use single digit numbers in a count for your images it will come in all crazy...so definitely have a prefix on there and it should be all good.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I am trying to redo it right now using a prefix.
Have a great night!
