We've been thinking about getting a little dog for a while...
We needed her to be a little breed, but calm. A lot of little breeds are full of energy, so we were having a hard time deciding what would be best for us.
I saw a pic of Robin's precious Alexander, and asked her questions about him. Thanks to Robin's info, we decided a Shih Tzu would be great for our family (with a constant PUPPY CUT so we wouldn't have to groom that to-the-floor long hair!).

Our Shih Tzu, Molly, made it to San Diego today from Kansas!

Molly is adorable (we have a Shih Tzu Maltese mix) but I have to admit that the last picture is my fav!

We had a shi tzu growing up and she was the best little dog ever! I miss her. You will have so much fun with your new puppy!

I don't know what I searched for and found this thread, but I'm in love with your baby. My mom has a shih tzu, and her best friend has one too. They are the greatest little dogs (well, other than mine, of course). I hope you still love the little terror now ;-)

yup, she's still cute!
She's 3months old and goes to the back door & scratches at it to tell us that it's "about that time"

Plus, she's a perfect product model!

that's awesome!! i taught my little one to ring a bell on the door when it's about that time...she thinks it's great fun. However, she hasn't been so pleased with my using her as product model.
