I like #3 the best. It is quite large for posting on a message board.
Try to resize your image to have 700pixels on the longest dimension. I have found that size is usually perfect for online viewing.

They are sooo nice! The only problem is that the guy has some weird mannerisms...he blinks and squints and licks his lips alot. But at least we know that now and will be prepared for it at the wedding!
