ok...is this the same stunt that Dane pulled with the yahoo search thingy??

LOL...no darling...I wouldn't try and trick you like Dane did...you can trust me.

The way those search engines work is they send these things called "spiders" around the internet to "comb" the pages for data. This is one way that pages get ranked and information gets spread around via the search engines. Somehow, our forum knows when it's being accessed by one of these little creatures and it notifies us by displaying their name in the log in section...kinda cool...but probably pointless! cool.gif

nice.

dj's right though ... don't trust the innocent photoshop for fun guy ... seriously ... i'd stick with only trusting the guy who wants you to vote on which celebrity he should date next. tongue.gif

It's actually a very nice little php discussion forum. Good call DJ. Hume's been using a similar/same forum for alumni for the last while and it's been working great.

This latest update, in addition to adding/knowing Google Spy, is even more sophisticated. I typed (on Mac) cmd-shift-F10 and the forum automatically separated my whites from my colors and started a load of wash for me.

Simply amazing. wub.gif

Don't look now....the AskJeeves spider is lurking!
