I finally got done putting the finishing touches on the latest version of my portraits contract, and I have to say that I think it's my best one yet.

So, I guess this post is just a little self-congratulatory pat-on-the-back, but I also wanted to take a second to send a HUGE thank you out to Fred Egan, Matt Antonino, and Julie Walton Shaver for providing some great example contracts.

Their contracts helped immensely in finding what I needed to change/update/add/etc to my latest version.

well this is quite a popular request..but i was wondering if i also could get a copy of your contract or the ones that you received that helped you. i am trying to write up my first contracts (wedding and portrait) and am not really sure where to start! anything would be helpful!

This one actually needs a bit of cosmetic retouching as well (new logo, fonts, etc), but you'll get the basic idea.

I also have an info packet that comes along with the contract and details pricing and more general things for my clients.
