I'm still so far from where I want to be with my photography, but it's sessions like these that restore my faith that maybe I'll get to that point... one day. I can see definite improvement from when I first started, so I guess that's very encouraging.

I can't wait to shoot their wedding in July, the bride is so photogenic!

She's a cute girl. I'm glad you notice an improvement in your photography. It's fun to realize that your getting better isn't it?

Great shots! She is a pretty girl, but he's not exactly un-handsom either! No.s 2, 3, and 4 are my favorites!

Great work, Erin! You should be very proud - the colors and poses are great. smile.gif

You got some really great shots! I'm sure these are probably just highlights, but the one thing I was hoping to see is some more that were framed in a little tighter. IMO It's always good to show a balance of wide and tight shots. Good work - you have much to be confident about!

Jason - It's definitely rewarding to see improvement over time (and look back at the old stuff and cringe!)

Mike - Thank you! He's definitely not un-handsome, I have some nice shots of him too, I just pulled these off of the camera and loved her expressions smile.gif

Stacy - Thanks so much, I was hoping to hear comments on the color, it's one thing I'm always trying to improve.

Cameron - These are definitely just the highlights, ones I pulled quickly from the card when I got home. My husband shoots with me, usually over my shoulder with the 70-200 and he rocks the tight shots! I'll have to get some of those up later.
Ashley Anne
She is beautiful. Your colors are really bright and crisp. Great job. IMHO Engagement sessions are the hardest.

Nice shallow depth of field and good use of your surroundings. But don't forget to play the small stuff on the aperature... f16 and beyond will really help mix things up a bit.

She has a classic smile. And is that Peter Parker???
Erin Browne
Ashley - thank you! It's funny, I think I'm the opposite. I like e-sessions because we're not under time constraints and I can actually exercise some control over what time of day we go out and shoot, hehe. smile.gif

Shane - Peter Parker! lol! That cracked me up

I wanted to share a couple of my husband's shots as well:

These really are cute, but I want to see her eyes! I bet she looks great with that big smile and bright eyes. Do you have any where she's not looking away?
Amber Martin
They are such a cute couple!! You did a wonderful job with these! Keep up the good work!

She is gorgeous! TFS

This is the first thing I noticed. The bride looks very shy and I would like to see her looking at him not away. But I loved the photography and colors.
