Up until now, I have always stated in my wedding contract that I own the copyright for all images taken, and may use such images for self promotion.

I've also always asked for permission verbally when posting images.

I've been thinking lately though, that I should have an actual model release form for the couple to sign when booking me.

I was wondering if anyone would have, and be willing to share, a copy of a working model release form that I could use???

Hi Jen,
Mine has spaces that specifically address blog and Web site use, including how to handle names, if you want it.

I actually started looking for a new release this weekend so I can make sure I won't have any issues with the images I want to post on my new site and in my marketing materials.

So what I guess i'm asking is...Can I see yours? (I'd offer to show you mine but *Ahem* I don't have one to show)

Mine grew out of Matt's, but I added the Web site stuff. Thanks Matt!!!!

Thanks again Jules...I liked the signatures and spaces for kids..names, and the option of only using in the private gallery.
I incorporated that too.

I appreciate your willingness to share.
