When I try to take a picture "r 09" shows up in my viewfinder?
And it won't shoot
Does anyone know what it is

im looking through the manual as we speak try this, take lens of and back on and take cad out and back on... will post again once i find it

I FOUND THIS BUT IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME MAYBE IT WILL HELP YOU.
I JUST LEFT MY LENSE CAP ON AND I GOT A R07 ERROR? I'M GUESSING THIS HAS TO DO WITH FOCUSING THAT IS WHY THE DESCRIPTION ON THIS LINK DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.
PLEASE POST HOW YOU FIXED IT.

If you're using a lens (usually a g-type) with an adjustable on lens aperature set the lens to as large an f-stop as it can go and lock it. The error should go away.
