I have the Canon 5D. ISO lets met select up to 1600. I heard there is a way to increase this.......

Does anyone know how?

Expansion will let you set it, in-camera, to ISO 50 or 3200. ISO 50 has a greatly reduced dynamic range. ISO 3200 is basically the camera underexposing a stop at 1600 and then pushing it.

But, I've pushed an ISO 1600 shot 2.5 stops in Lightroom, and gotten a totally nice, useable 8x10+ print from it ... not bad for ISO ~10,000
