I have been with Constant Contact for quite some time now and love them! However, since I have switched to my Mac, I've been emailing asking for help with how to use the uploading email addresses, etc. AND THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND after a few weeks!! I feel like an unvalued client. sad.gif

Can a Mac user please tell me what kind of changes I can expect? How are addresses uploaded as they were through Outlook on my pc?

Thank you for your help!

I've had trouble, Sis, using them, and I've just quit trying, however, one of their reps has called me twice and emailed me too, to email me about my service. I should hook you up with her!

Well, thanks. So far the only difference is that I can't use the Microsoft Outlook download system from my email which was mighty sweet. I'll have to add them manually now. sad.gif They are just pc friendlier I guess. But! They have a new newsletter wizard that looks nice and easy-to-use. I'll have to put out a new one soon to see how it compares to the old way...

Constant contact is pretty sweet. I actually add names by uploading an excel spreadsheet.
