Ok, i'm a little confused on the new lightroom. In the Beta we had to make photo binders to keep all of our changes in the RAW file. Now what happens? Is it automatically updated or do we have to do something in Lightroom before we dump the files from lightroom to somewhere else?
Thanks all you lightroom super stars!!

its stored in a xml file.
so heres the key, theres an option under prefernces that says auto write xml data. Checking this will:
slow everything way down
allow you to grab the image(s) from anywhere and have the LR edits in place
If you don't check it, you can manually write the xml data to the file at any time. I believe you can right click in library or under teh options at the top somewhere.
you can always edit the photo in a external editor of your choice from within LR and it keeps track.
You need Adobe Camera RAW 3.7 or 4.0 (CS3 only) for other RAW programs like ACR to be able to read the LR edits in the RAW format. (4.0 allows read and write between ACR and LR)
