Neither, make your own, it's super easy.
I bought KK Artistic Vol 1, Production Pack, and the RAW Workflow training video (which comes with his presets) and in that video he teaches how to create the presets.
Honestly, now I use mine more than his, althought for certain images his still come in handy. Let me know if you'd like to know how to make them, I can write something up and send to you.

I'd be interested in how you do it, I've thought about making my own series, but haven't really put my mind to it.
