I saw a post on somone who hadn't booked a single wedding and I think that this may help us see where we are going with bookings. If this was already posted sorry. You dont have to post/answer.

Ok sorry I think its only fair that I post about what my goals are... this is a first for me I usually don't share this info so we'll see how it goes.

the knot forums(one bride saw me on craigslist posted and then I've booked tons of knotties since then, referals,
bridal shows are great but noone has booked just wasted my time with lots of appointments, by the way for the ones wondering I did give out my price list, in my opinion we are affordable 6hours Photo(allhigh res on cd) & HD DVD-video for $3700, I also gave a special for that package $2700 on my blog for Valentines booked several at that price

There is a lot of competition here but there are tons of people priced just under me so its hard. In the end the Planners have probably brought me 25% of my weddings which is a good amount, I will be getting with more planners for now I only work with 2.

So now I'd love to hear from you guys... I just started out in May of '06 doing weddings so over all am I ok or behind?
