Will those be used for menus etc?

Most of the shots that will be used on the menu are not in the slide show. I'm kinda more into the fun of the shoot than the menu shots and whomever I shoot, no matter what, they get some type of slide show. The customer was just cracking up on the phone when he finally got it loaded because he totally wasn't expecting something like that. But seriously, just shooting food is so boring.
