I have downloaded the latest version of Miller's remote studio, but when I try to install it I keep getting this message: "Error Reading Setup Initialization File."

This happened on two different machines with more than one download. In fact, I got the same thing on the last version of the software. I'm still using 1.1 because I can't get any updated version to install...

Any ideas?

I feel your pain. Really. But we all know my thoughts on the whole thing. thumbsup.gif

No ideas for you, sorry. Well, there is the one everyone tells me: get a new PC and then it should work just fine. But that's not really a solution.

I just downloaded and installed Miller's Remote Studio 2.1 just fine. I did a custom install and did not install the pic-a-pac or digital undergrad.

Multiple downloads on multiple machines and it still isn't working? At what point does it error out?

Yeah, it's weird I know. It errors right after I click to install. I got it handled though, they are just sending the software on CD. Hopefully that will work.

Thanks!
