Ok so I'm learning showit as I go. I've pretty much got most of it down. However I'm completly tone deaf so for me to make a slideshow from scratch with an MP3 is a feat in my eyes.

How do you guys do this for the best result? I've tried to make a few but just ended up getting frustrated and deleted the whole thing. Do you guy try to manually set the timing? On the words? or the beat?

I've no idea how many photo's to use either. Is there a good equation for this? Say 25 images a minute or something similar? So take a 5min song and I'd need like 125 images?

Help me Obi-Wan you're my only help!

best bet would probably be to download some, play a lot of them, see what you prefer - beats or lyrics. Mine are usually beat based.

And what do you do if you can't even tap in time to the beat of a song?! I'm NOT kidding. I just can't hear the beat sad.gif Very occassionally I'll be listening to something with a strong beat and I'll start tapping in time but then a few seconds into it and I've lost it again. It's a bit of a joke between my husband and me but it's frustrating too.

Is it going to be almost impossible putting a slideshow together from scratch? Paul did you manage to get one done?
