It was so cold - that even my camera complained! They were true Minnesotans though and ran around with me for the whole hour, they were a great couple, and i wish them the best. This is my first post here, so looking for some CC and a chance to get to know you all.

JAC
beautiful.
I love all three.
The last one looks so soft.
Did you use a soft filter, or do some PSing to it?

Hey Connie...

Welcome to OSP. I'd like to see more pictures so I can really get a feel for the session.

The first pic is cool with that high key look. I almost think it would be better in black and white. The second pic doesn't do much for me and I think the third is a little heavy-handed with post.

With your black and white conversion... I think the second looks a little flat. I'd love to see more contrast... almost blown-out. See Amber Holritz.

Again, Welcome!!! This is a fun place to hang out and learn.

Thanks for the comments - yes in the third one I used a midnight sepia filter, and I will try to bump up the contrast in the second - your right it would help. Thanks. And I have attached a few more from the day.

From the first set, I like them all.... except for the effect on the couple in the third might be a bit strong. Other then that I totally dig them smile.gif (And being from Winnipeg, I feel your pain with the cold)
