Just wanted to post my new love and member to my family. I just got it today, and I am super excited. When photographing weddings I use to just rent the 70-200 lense. Nice to finally say that it is all mine
If you don't have one, definitely SAVE and get one.....
sorry it is sooo big

it's my first time posting an image...

We are now the proud owners of two of those babies (Nikon 70-200 VR)...
It has saved alot of marital stress... no more fighting over the good lens

The amazing thing about that lense is that amatures look at you and think you have a 500mm lense on your camera because it's so big. I've had people who come up to me with Tamron 28-300 lenses on their cameras and think my 70-200 must be a "real" zoom. Little do they know it's smaller than theirs! (But of course I'd take mine any day!)

Funny story you guys....
As soon as I took my love out of its box, my roommate asked to see it. seriously my hands started sweating
I am still in the over protective stage and have a feeling that I may never grow out of it

I have tons more, but I think you get the idea of just how great this lense is. I was also impressed with the sharpness of the lense as well.

Amy,
I love #1 and #3. The colors and the light are great. The expression is #1 really draws you in. I think it is an awesome image but I think it could be a even stronger image if his eyes were sharpened a little.
