Hi Everyone,

I have been researching (or trying to) different diffusers for my 430 EX flash and soon 580 EX flash. I haven't been able to find a full, in-depth review of multiple diffusers yet. I have found individual reviews - such as ones on the gary fong lightspheres.

Would anyone happen to know a website/link with an in-depth article comparing the different diffuser options available?

We're mainly shooting weddings.

Of course, I am more than happy to hear your advice on the different diffusers here as well. Should I just go with the lightsphere?

There are too many real-life variables (particularly in how different people shoot) to make comparisons very helpful. Get a couple and try them out. They are the least expensive equipment you'll ever buy.

I started using StoFens (very simple), and added a Lightsphere PJ (that I modified by cutting the dome in half), and a FlipIt (plus I use direct and bounced flash too, of course). They all give different effects.
