Hey there i wanted to ask any of you that use monitor calibrating softwasre to give me your opinions on 2 programs im looking at. The HUEY from PANtone, and the EYE-One Display2 from PANtone as well. The huey works with crt and lcd monitors as well as the EYE2, so whats the main difference besides the price? The HUEY is 100.00 and the EYE2 goes from anywhere from 199-249.

I was going to get the Spyder but from what i have heard its not the bwest calibrating tool out there. If anyone can give me advice on these i would greatly appreciate it.

I can't answer the above two - well I have used a spyder didnt like it much so when we went to get a new one I picked out the Gretag Mcbeth i1 and it is great.

I'm thinking about picking up the X-Rite EyeOne Display 2. The one from Pantone is the same product. X-Rite pretty much owns GretagMacbeth and has licensed the Huey and EyeOne to Pantone for OEM I guess: http://www.oreillynet.com/digitalmedia/blo...management.html
