I am just frustrated at the moment because I ordered the swatch book back in January and never recieved any updates from picto on the status of the order. I had to call twice, the first time to find out they were backordered and the second to check on it again a week later. I would not be so upset if I didnt specifically need it for tomorrow to go over with a client who is coming in specially from out of town. The thing that is eating me up is that the book shipped yesterday and has been sitting on a FedEx truck here in Philly all day and they are not delivering it until Monday.
Just venting but it would have been great to get a status email at the very beginning saying hey thanks for ordering and we are excited to do buisness with you, our swatch books are currently back ordered we appologize for any inconvenience. That would have been great.
The two times I called them the customer service people didn't seem to thrilled that I was inquiring about the status of the swatch book. I really like the look of their albums but I am afraid of what I will be in store for when I order one.
Sorry for my rant I am just upset at the moment and I am sure it will blow over after this weekend.
