This is interesting timing. I just made a collage of images in a window box for my wife of images from our wedding. They've been sitting in a proof book and we've always hated their lack of creativity. Besides, I don't have hair half way down my back anymore. They've been sitting untouched for 11 years. Be nice Shannon, don't laugh too hard.

It's no exaggeration when I tell you that my wedding pictures are the *worst* possible wedding pictures. They are *so so so so so awful*. They're GREEN. We have GREEN skin in every single image. It makes me sick just to look at them. I'm SO jealous of you guys & your beautiful images!

Cant be worse than this one. Nothing like the most traditional wedding photo of the PJ photographer.

Ugh - that was our best picture from the whole wedding. sad.

Maybe we need a seperate thread, what we learned from our own weddings

I only have one scanned in my computer right now! Laugh at this one! This was actually my favorite one!

that sucks. expired film that shifted? too bad its green too, atleast red makes people look flawless, green tends to accentuate blemishes and such.

Depends on what you mean by TOO hard I didn't wet myself, so I guess I followed your directions pretty well. And, yes, I'm glad you cut the hair too. However, you don't look as bad as I thought you would (with long hair) and your little woman is darling

My sister took our photos (we were on a very very tight budget) and although some came out really nicely, a lot of them were horrible. In addition, she cropped them to make them look pretty on the screen, without taking into account printing them. Oh, and did I mention that she didn't save the originals?

I've been going through them slowly over the last year or so trying to fix what I can. But here are a couple that we have.

He actually shot digital and I did make him give me the RAW files... I tried editing them a couple of times a few years ago but I got frustrated and sad that I couldn't make them look right (I shot film then so I didn't really know *how* to edit them. I might be able to fix them now.... who knows?

One day we just need to do a "We did" session to make up for it.

oh! if you've got the raw files, just load 'em into bridge and they should be easy to correct the color balance on! there's hope for you yet!

Here are ours. The caveat is, these are the only two pics I consider "frameable" of my husband and I--a HUGE disappointment.

I'm another candidate on the hunt for a "we did" reshoot--unfortunately, we can't bring the bridal party or the family all back together as they're literally all around the world.

On the plus side, it led me to a new career path!

10 more Saturday mornings to sleep in for the rest of my life - EEK! We slept until 10AM today!

Our wedding photo's absolutely sucked! Hence the reason we got started in this business, every satisfied B&G we deal with is one more we have saved from our own personal tragedy.
It has now been 5 years since and thanks to some unusual circumstances and Joy Moody we are gonna put an end to it.

I'm going to be in my best friends wedding in May and since I'll have a tux for it, we'll just have to see if Laura's dress has survived all this time and Joy will let us recreate some shots to at least make some kind of album.

here are a couple of ours...all film. it looks so weird! forced a friend of mine to take our pics, he hated weddings but i told him ours would be different...he had a great time and shot all bw...which now i wish i had some color and more group shots with family. lessons learned! i'll try to find more later.
