I just got another inquiry for 7/7/07, which I'm already booked for. The wedding is actually in Escondido at Emmanual Faith, and the reception is at the Vinyard Golf course nearby- should be very beautiful!
Their budget is in the $2-3k range, and they do want someone local (sorry!) Thought I'd pass this along to an OSP'er!
