Okay, yesterday was our daughters 16th birthday. I decided to loosen up and be a little less anal. (I am kinda a neat freak of sorts) I was shocked and saddened to find out our girls had NEVER finger painted. So, I decided to take a suggestion from a friend. We made up a few batches of chocolate pudding and dumped it on the kitchen table. Unfortunately, I still cannot post pictures of their faces (just a few more weeks until they are completly adopted) due to foster care regulations. HOWEVER, I can post pictures that do not identify them. So, here are a couple shots of the fun that I took. When the girls were done they were covered from head to foot.

This still makes me laugh! I missed out on the fun...they were just finishing the cleanup of this when I got home from work yesterday. They sure looked like they had fun, honey!

I love fingerpainting!!! During my last pregnancy I had Liz Power and Becca Rocha (mom and sis) take some of my fat belly being painted by my then 3 kids. Here are a few... Fun idea for your next maternity session...

I don't know, I would have thought that you and Nathan would've already mastered puddin painting! Seriously though, they LOVED it. We have several great photos of their faces.

That's so cute! But all I can think of was how bad that mess must have been to clean up.
I don't think I'll be trying finger painting with my kids until summer when I can just hose them off.

It is so much fun to fingerpaint with pudding. The last time I did it with my kids, our oldest child and her friend were covered with pudding. The youngest kids were the neatest, pretty funny.

That is exactly what my thoughts were too....however, I am really trying to teach my older two kids that you can have a ton of fun without drugs, drinking and sex...so I tried this and they had a blast. But I totally understand. ...I made them clean up the mess, while I cleaned up the younger two. lol



That is exactly how it started, until my two year old felt the need to pick a weggy with her puddin fingers...then it was all down hill.
