I have dear friend who lost her brother in a car accident a few weeks ago. I was with her last night and she had her first real breakdown since the funeral. She knows she has to start the grieving process, but is afraid too b.c then she has to admit it is real. She is a VERY strong person, almost too strong I think. She feels the pressure to be so many peoples support (including her mothers). She has 3 kids under the age of 3 and her husband travels. I know she is not sure how she is going to "fit" in another appointment by trying to meet with a grief group (we live in a small town, so she wants to be involved somewhere else...but that would mean quite a bit of time driving ect.) She KNOWS that she needs to allow herself to grieve, she is just so overwhelemed with HOW. (her grandma passed away the week before her brother). She is a believer and I have no doubt she is looking to Christ for strenght and healing, but is so sad right now. Any online grief groups I could offer her would be great! thanks! Melissa
