amitphotography workshops

Well, almost done...we have to finish the registration page, but it's live and I'm excited. If any of you see something wrong with the pages, let me know. It's my first attempt at web-publishing on my own. Took me for-ev-vah, but I learned a lot.

If there are any interested newbies out there, I'd love to have you come on over to North Carolina! These classes are currently for beginning/intermediate photographers, but I'm hoping to do a pro-oriented 'kids portraiture' class next year.

I'm really looking forward to teaching others about photography!!!! I can't believe the first class is almost sold out before I even get the site up. There are two seats left for the first ODD class!

Hi Ginger - this is cool. You should get a resort nearby to sponsor you and combine it with a weekend in the mountains.
Ginger
We're working on that with the Old Edwards Inn for the fall ODD class. Imagine, taking pictures of the leaves and waterfalls all orange, yellow, and red for the afternoon and then heading back to such luxury for the evening.....ahh. Makes me want to stay there just to get away for a little while! We're gonna try to work on a special rate for the spa too. They even have a couples room where you can relax with your sweetie!! See...(taken from www.oldedwardsinn.com)

Rainforest Rejuvenation Room
Custom designed, this flower petal-shaped room is the first of its kind in the United States. Finished in intricately patterned mosaic tiles, it features a steam chamber, a rainforest shower and pulse point water massage. Quiet and private, the Rainforest Room is perfect for couples to enjoy self-applied clay mud body masks or scrubs together.

Who wouldn't like that?!?

PS- Good to hear from you! Tell Bene, "HI"

Hey Ginger,
One quick thing with the website that I noticed right off the bat is that your menus are not consitant throughout the site. You have to go home each time you want to look at a new section. Your title bar also jumps from section to section which is a little distracting. Just one other CC, when I see blue type I think link, and you should insert a mailto link on your email address to make it easier for people to shoot you an email.

other than those things site looks good and I can tell you put a lot of hard work into it. I hope things go well for you!

-sorry one more thing, watch your page titles. You should try and keep them consistant throughout, for example "amitphotography workshops".

Wow, thanks. I thought all the page titles were consistent, I'll go back check that out. I can insert a mailto link, but I don't know how to make it to where you don't have to go home from each page. I'll try.

Thank Joy.

what are you using to make updates and changes? Dreamweaver??

If each page is its own page and not part of a style sheet you will just need to make sure each page has the same menu bar at the top. This will also help with the little jumps it makes.

Sorry I am having a hard time with my wording and trying not to be too technical, hopefully you understand what I am talking about?
