Baby Emma- she's 5 months old, and completely in love with her teenage big sister, Annie. She has an AMAZING smile.
We found a couple of pockets of light in her house that made me crazy excited













And Baby Emma...
She was born preemie... and has no little fingers past her first knuckle. She's a wee one in size, but had an AMAZING spirit. I love her. (I shot more color images in the last two days, than I ever have! Weird! Don't get used to it, for sure )

I use the D200... anywhere from 400-1600 ISO. I shoot in manual mode and in RAW, giving me maximum control over my images!

I have a few questions and I'm not sure if it's "taboo" to ask other photographers about lighting and such... but I LOVE the lighting in these lifestyle portraits, and I'd like to know how to achieve this when shooting portraits indoors (something I haven't been able to master!)

I feel like I know a LOT less than other members on the board, which is fine with me--plenty to learn! Obviously a lot of natural light was used, but what did you use for flash? Any fill flash or bounce flash? Light modifiers?
