Ok here is the weird situation I am in...I have dual citizenship with America and France, which I have learned over the years considers me to be seen as French as far as the French are concerned. My delema is...Europe requires a different sized and more precise photo image than the American passports do. Most places I have gone to that do regular passports won't even touch the French style ones, including the post office!
Now, I am sure that I could get some done with the French Embassy, but the turmoil and pain of that hurts my brain...!

Does anyone have any ideas on who or what type of people could do this...I have the specific demensions and style requirements...I am just having a hard time finding anyone to do them?

So any help, ideas or "Sorry Nate your plain outta luck", would be greatly appreciated!

Can't you just take your own picture and print it on a 4x6 the size you need it?

yeah you should practise a self portrait!!

btw we have the same problem with passport photos to come to usa for visas etc.

i know at home (uk) if we need you can usually go to any photographer who may still have a film camera and hell do it for you at whatever size you want for a few dollars or pounds are end!

I will go to see them on this Satuday...they said they have done foreign pictures before, but since this is a rare request they are charging some extra $$ ...but hey, I will be glad to have this search over with!

lol, well it sounds like teh americans have made a huge deal on travelling abroad to get a picture! we need 5x5s for going to usa and they are widely available! i hope i dont have to say that europe is more advanced in this travelling photography area! hope they dont charge too much!! passport photos here cost $5 for 4

WOW!!! $5 for 4 here would be great! But the cheapest I have found for American passports is $8 for 2 pics! I am almost at a loss now with the French pictures! I went to a place today and there equipment was not working well enough for all that I needed...but they gave me a copy of the pictures taken...hopefully I can photoshop them a bit and make them right!?
