Just thought I would share a great book I am reading. This book covers what rich people are legally allowed to invest in that the poor and middle class cannot. It really opens your eyes to how under educated our society is on money and how it is possible and even easy to earn passive income! Definitely check it out if you are interested in creating freedom in your life!!

I love the Rich Dad books because they are SO easy to read and really put money into perspective. If anyone is interested in ready any of the books I recommend reading, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" first and then "Rich Dad Poor Dad Cashflow Quadrant" and then moving on to the "Guide to Investing."

I also just bought the "Cashflow" the boardgame. We should have an OSP night where we play the game together!!! thumbsup.gif

You are ON! smile.gif The game and the books rock!

I've read the books in the exact same order that you mentioned and I totally agree. SO GOOD. In fact, I've just been reading the Guide to Investing Book for the last few hours today and it's so great! I love it!

Ohhh - I've been wanting that forever! One of my friends has it just sitting on her shelf - thanks for the reminder to line up "game night!" smile.gif smile.gif

Totally. I'm amazed after reading a bit of the Guide to Investing how many people are subconsciously "planning" to be poor with the words that they use.

It's still amazing to me that kids in schools are taught more about the period table of elements than they are about balance sheets and income statements. And we wonder why the level of domestic household debt is so high in this country!!

We're actually using Quickbooks and it's working great for us. Katie is the queen of Excel and so we keep track of a lot of stuff via Excel as well.

(FYI....for anyone needing Excel tips, ask Katie, she's seriously an wiz at it!) thumbsup.gif

you have NOOOOOOOO idea. I'm the luckiest guy in the word. smile.gif

Katie and I are the perfect match, not just as married partners, but as business partners. In terms of the E-myth personalities Another great book by the way, I'm probably 70% technical, 25% entrepreneurial, and 5% managerial (if that!), Katie is probably 75% managerial, 15% entrepreneurial, and 10% technical. We balance each other so well and we NEVER fight over who gets to do what, because we both want to do (and excel at) different things.

I couldn't imagine my business (or my life for that matter) now without Katie. hug.gif

to understand this book just go to any country outside of the in quotes "WEST" and youll understand how we can afford most of the thigns we want and have anything from 10-30000$ to start a business yet in moldova where i am most people have about 100-1000 if lucky to start a business! then youll see how the rich live and take things for granted!
