It has been a long time coming, but I finally have my new website just about ready to go. I have a few more things to change but I wanted to get some ideas and critiques from people. I haven't done a really good proof read yet but while I am working on it I wanted to get some feedback. here is the temporary link until I launch

One thing I wasnt sure about was including a personal photos gallery (labeled life in the site) when I get done it will just be a section of some of my favorite photos, but aren't wedding samples.

couple things that I still need to get together.

I have the license to play the michelle featherstone song, but I have to give credit and a link to it on the site and am not sure where I should do that.

I need a good portrait of myself too if anyone is interested, i know of one OSPer who lives close enough to take it rolleyes.gif

be honest about my site, my text sections, etc. i can take it...i want my image to be portrayed clearly to potential clients and i need some pointers from the more experienced.

Your photographs have an interesting, yet consistent style. Most of them feel a bit underexposed for me, but... that may be just my taste. I dont have much else to say, congrats on the site!

First off...I really dig the background color...makes me want to change my interface ;-)

I had trouble reading the dark purple text under appreciate.

Regarding the music credit. I purchased it too and had the same question. I put it under my FAQ section at the very bottom...it's there, but not super prominent.

Very nice work, the site showcases it well.

I think a new self portrait would be a nice addition. The one you have is a cool picture, but the style/feel of it might not be quite right as a first impression at least for wedding photography clients...it is a little too serious to me. If you are ever in the Lansing area, I woull be happy to snap a few!

This is just a personal preference, but I prefer to see all the case of the tabs to be consistent...just looks neater to me.

I really like the colors on your site, your pictures are awesome too.The only thing I noticed is that when you go to your site, it still says bludomain, blu hosting etc. on the tab(or whatever you call it) when you open a new window.

thank you. the reason the blue info still comes up is I haven't launched it yet. once I "go live" that will change.

someday I will take you up on the photos, I want to organize a Michigan OSP get together sometime before the wedding season starts up.

I left the dark text there to remind me I still have to do that page:)

thanks for the input
