I'm on day 2 of my charity event, this time benefitting the hospital. This one is smaller than the one in the fall that we did, only 100 families as opposed to 200ish. But I'm still bracing for the beating my body and brain will take by Sunday at 8:30 PM.

My husband and kids are out of town for the weekend, but my office manager, bless her heart, has volunteered to be there with me the whole time, so I shall survive!!

Mr. Matt, I hardly ever do portraits of little kids while standing... I'm either on my knees, or my belly, or sitting half-lotus on my bum! And because I'm 5 foot even, when I'm shooting tall people, I'm usually on a ladder or stool. I just can't do things the easy way!!

OH MAN! I thought I had a busy week coming up. I'm shooting 42 portraits this week but that is spread over 4 days!
