ok.. i feel stupid for asking this.. so here goes...

man.. recently with all these links on bludomain site, i'm feeling the urge to go for one. but the thing is.. i'm retarded when it comes to flash website and html sites as well. smashpc.gif

how hard is it to configure the flash contents? or does blu do all the configuration for you? put it this way.. are the template from blu dummy proof? blink.gif

Pretty dummy proof. They have an admin section that you just plug in the info and it appears on the website. I had a few bugs in mine, so don't get discouraged if something doesn't work the way you think. But it is the easiest web set-up I can imagine.

I really like the CMD sites, Matt just went with one and I think I may as well in the future. they have a tutorial online that shows how to make it, looks incredible simple.

i'll be honest, ok?

it was harder for me to figure out how this forum works - i STILL dn't know how to post an image here.

AND it's easier and more user-friendly than blogger or wordpress.

you don't have to know html, flash, anything - the interface guides you . . .

the process went like this:

got the contract, paid for the site, less than 36 hours later they sent me a link to our admin interface. from that point it's uploading photos and text, picking colors, etc . . . they do all the website set up work - you just add you content - super easy, and i really, really wish i had done this sooner.

Jen, I saw your site and totally dig it! I wonder, since i'm currently hosting my blank webpage ( laughing.gif ) @ godaddy, will there be any issue with that? also, if in fact i do upload the finished file onto godaddy host, will the admin support still be there even after the site is finished? like when i need to update new stuff to it will they be able to help with that?

sorry Corey, which CMD site are you refering to? i don't think i came across that one yet.

btw.. for those of you that use blu.. i guess there won't be any need to use showit web 2.5 then right? since it already has the slideshow functions. cuz i'm thinking about how to incorporate SIW2.5 if i do go with blu...
