I just want to take a few moments to recommend the book Mavericks @ Work. This particular book is excellent at inspiring business owners to take a look at what bring originality to an organization - using excellent examples of entertainment, retail, TV, Construction and other industries. Add it to your list of business books - right behind books by Tom Peters and Tim Sanders.

I agreee, I read it some time ago (I had a thread on it) and it gives you a lot to think about.
