Does anyone know who the rep for Queensberry albums is in the U.S. and what their phone number is?

I'm not sure if there is more than one US rep but Darlene Hildabrandt is our rep. Here number is 800.550-0156 and email is darlene@queensberry.com

I know she was mine, but I thought I got an e-mail saying she was leaving Queensberry.... not sure.... I would e-mail Queensberry and try to find out who it is that way! smile.gif

I think this is the same info we've already tried and they wouldn't get with us until tomorrow. I'd really like to talk with someone today...

Hi All

Just to clear up some confusion.

1 - yes I do still work for Queensberry and while I may not be Chris or Davina's rep anymore I do still have a smaller list of clients like Pam. The email you may have gotten Chris probably said that I was not handling your account any more because of this restructuring of accounts. I'm' sorry if that was misinterpreted that I was leaving the company, that is not the case.

2 - the numbers Mark gave are for customer service and while they are located in New Zealand you can reach them live by phone Monday-Thursday after 2pm EST, 1pm CST, noon MST and 11am PST. They usually return calls the same day if you email or leave a message.

3 - the best way to get help if I'm not your rep is to contact our support team. We have one person working US hours and one working UK hours. So if you are in the US and are a night owl you can email and might get a reply from our UK person that is working at that time. You can reach that here: http://support.queensberry.com/ - just register, create a log in name and password (like you did here) and submit a ticket.
