Ok, I don't know why such morbid things come into my head, but hey, I'd be cheating all of you out of some good dark humor if I didn't write it. And 'dark humor' really isn't my thing at all. ANYWAY...

I'm in the middle, well, towards the end of the second year: Chamber of Secrets. I absolutely love these books. It is like being a kid again, except a kid with a much more mysterious school and cooler friends. I'm not the only muggle out there who loves these books. SOME ONE on OSP has got to like them. I hear that NAM listens to them on tape everywhere he goes.

These books are great fun....very hard to put down.

These books will be in literature texts in 15 years. Absolutely amazing!

I admit it -- I'm a muggle who LOVES the wizarding world!

I don't know the books backwards and frontwards like my cousin Steve VanderArk, but I have listened to the audio versions multiple times and have the first six books in hardcover!

I just LOVE how Colin Creevey carries his camera everywhere in book 2 -- he'd really fit in well on OSP.

Would you believe I have all the Lego sets for Harry Potter set-up in my family room right now (and I don't have kids)

A friend at work gave them all to me.. I blazed thru them all and when I got done with the "Halfblood Prince" It took him 2 hours to convince me there wasn't anymore and I have to wait till this summer.

I kicked his dog and let the air outta his tires so now we're even.

That is fantastic. I love to hear of all the fans out there. Although, I'm trying to pace myself reading them. If I don't - I won't get anything done!


I'm also waiting on buying the DVDs because I just know that there will be a special edition out the week after I buy it.
