When designing a Graphi album (ex. 9.5x13) the first 'page' is actually a two page spread right? And should be named 'page01-02.jpg'?

Make sure you have the spreads cropped or created to their specs too.
Will do. Just spent the last X hours creating actions for page layouts to their specs.
