Totally random question of the day. I usually mix it up and write picts or pics. if you had to pick just one, what would it be?

I usually only use either pictures or pics when I am not talking to customers. If I am talking to customers, I usually refer to them as portraits or wedding photos.

Pics for me but I switch between that and images.

I use pic if singular and pix if plural

for some reason (and it's odd) if i see "pict" my brain translates it as "pictographs".

Informally speaking I usually will use pics or piccies. When interfacing with clients, I try my best to always refer to them as portraits.

i say photos a lot. picts seems wierd.

images... pics when i am being lazy, with friends... but it annoys me.

it annoys me too! lol. i'm too dang lazy to write out the word portraits or pictures. considering i usually have at least 20 of those words strewn about any given email.

I use pics with family and friends, for clients I say images or portraits. pics and photos seem to devalue our work, ( anyone can take a pic or photo) does that make sense?

Anyone say "pitures"? Silent c. I know a photog who does this. I correct her or mock her when she does this. Maybe it's a geographical anomaly.
