So I am out boppin around in Hawaii and my buddy tells me about this silly site. Its all based on how one jumps off the ground and lands. I found it very comical and starting doing it...we snapped some shots of each other, and next thing I know im on this site...

This may sound dumb, but freestyle walking is really skateboarding...without the skateboard!!

the only way I know is because when I used to do urban ministry, and some of the skaters could not bring their boards to school and they just freestyle walked all day!!

Man, if you can't thrash on your board, thrash with out! Its actually kinda fun, but I sure wouldn't quite shooting to get into it!

it's true. i've been a freestyle walker since my sophomore year in high school ('97). it's kind of something i consider only being half-a-joke. i mean, freestyle walking is rediculous in that it mostly consists of jumping around on curbs/stairs/rails and pretending like you have a clue as to what you're doing. but it's fun.

it's nothing like those crazy french guys who run up walls and leap stairwells. that stuff is insane.

freestyle walking is about living in the moment and hurtling yourself over park benches while thorwing down some wicked moves.
