Hey ya'll....
I'm looking for a tool to put my laptop on that will raise it an inch or two from my desk. Right now, I'm just putting a couple blank CD cases under it, but I'd love something that would give it a little bit of a tilt (to keep the bottom cooler....it gets pretty darn hot sitting flat on the desk.)
Anyone got anything like that they like?

Hey Chris,
I use a Targus Traveler CoolPad under my Powerbook G4. It's a great little, compact inexpensive item ($20 list, but you can find it for $15 if you look around). Here's the link:

i use a similar device underneath my *HOT* dell laptop, except mine plugs into a USB port and has cooling fans built into it . . . it's around the same price range too. i guess it all depends on if you want/need the fans and a tiny bit of noise. for me, it's worth it!
