As of this week, I have to log in everytime I come to OSP. I have checked the remember me box. Matt suggested that I try a hard refresh, and I did.

I'm not having this problem when I'm on my laptop, just my desktop. I must have changed something on my computer without knowing that I did! Any ideas?

Oh...oddly enough, I'm not having the same problem from my desktop at other sites where I have to sign in.

Try emptying your cache and deleting your cookies

If you're running Norton or one of those things, did you accidentally set it to not accept a cookie? Double check that OSP is on your "allow" list for cookies.

Are you running IE or FireFox or something totally different?

If running IE: (I am running IE 7)

On the menu choose:

Tools
Internet Options

Then under "Browsing History" delete the temporary files

Then click OK

I am running IE 7, but on IE 6 there also should be an option for emptying the cache and also deleting cookies. I'll have to look on a different computer.




Do you have Norton, McAfee, or any other security/privacy software running?

If so, try turning it off.
